Common questions
How do I change language or theme?
Open More → Settings. Choose Telugu or English and select Sunrise, Moonlight, Forest or Lotus. You can also replay the introduction there.
Why do timings differ from another calendar?
Check your selected location, timezone and date. Sunrise and daily timings depend on location; observances can also vary by tradition. When reporting an issue, include the selected city, date and the timing you expected. Follow your family or local tradition for observance-specific decisions.
Can I use the app without location permission?
Yes. Choose a city manually in the location selector. Device location is optional.
How do I refresh the home-screen widget?
In a native app build that includes the widget, open Samskruthi and choose your location. Go to More → Settings → Refresh widget. The widget saves seven days of readings, so open the app at least weekly. Add it from your phone's widget gallery. A browser shortcut does not include the native widget; availability depends on the installed app version.
Why can Rasi Phalalu readings repeat?
The app uses local astronomical calculations and limited reusable traditional interpretations. It does not connect to a live horoscope API. Daily or weekly readings may repeat. These interpretations are for cultural reflection and informational use.
How do I report a content or calculation issue?
Email the page name, selected date and city, and a description of the issue. For a verse or festival correction, include a reference if available. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information.
